Sweet Viola, LLC. stands behind our products. However, due to the nature of our bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, contact us at support@SweetViolaSoaps.com to discuss options to resolve any issues with your order. Our response time is typically 24-48 hours.
Shipping returns
We take pride in our packing and shipping process. Our customers can be assured we will take every step possible to make sure our quality products arrive in a timely fashion in flattering packaging. We ship orders within 3-5 business days using USPS. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. However, we are not responsible for delays in the shipping process of the USPS. If we are alerted to a delay in your shipment, we will reach out via email to keep you up to date.
Be sure to verify your address when making a purchase. In the event we are provided an incorrect address, we will gladly reship the order. However, any additional charges will be reflected on the recipient’s updated invoice.
