Refunds and Exchanges
Sweet Viola, LLC stands behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of bath and body items, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us at support@SweetViolaSoaps.com within 48 hours of delivery so we may assist where appropriate.
Our response time is typically 24–48 hours.
Shipping returns
We take pride in our packing and shipping process. Our customers can be assured that every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and attractively. Orders ship within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days after shipment, though carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.
Sweet Viola is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS. If we are alerted to a delay, we will contact you via email with updates when available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please verify your address carefully before submitting your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- The error is the responsibility of the customer
- No refunds will be issued for orders affected by address errors
- If the order is returned to us or rerouted, we may offer to reship the order once all additional shipping and handling fees are paid by the customer
- Replacement products are not guaranteed if the original shipment cannot be recovered
We are happy to assist when possible; however, additional charges resulting from address errors must be paid prior to reshipment.
