ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of a customer’s order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  We reserve the right at any time after receipt of a customer’s order to accept or decline the order for any reason.

USAGE

Sweet Viola’s products are for external usage only.  The products are for those 13 years of age and older.  Please keep out of reach of small children.  While our products look good enough to eat, do not ingest them.  

We do not hide ingredients from our customers.  Be sure to read all ingredients listed on the product labels to ensure you do not have a known allergy.  If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue usage immediately.  We are not responsible for rashes or allergic reactions that may occur.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We will do our best to ensure the product you ordered is available and at your doorstep as soon as possible.  However, in the event that an item is out of stock due to a high demand, it could potentially delay your order fulfillment.  In such an event, you will be contacted with possible options including time for your desired item to arrive, options for a substitute item, and option to cancel your order prior to shipping for a full refund.

While our product listings on SweetViolaSoaps.com are reviewed thoroughly prior to being published to the public, occasional typographical errors can occur.  In the event a listed product has an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will contact you to inform you of the error.  We will provide you with an option to update the order with the accurate cost or cancel the order for a full refund, if a charge has been processed.

TAXES

Sweet Viola will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
